I can't speak for everyone, but I want people to notice the muscle that I have gained from slaving away in the gym every day of the week for several hours. It doesn't matter if you want to show off your amazing six pack, your bulging biceps and triceps, or your chest and legs, here are 5 tricks I use to show off my muscles.
1. Posture And Confidence
There are many good reasons to have good posture. Not only is much healthier than slouching, it makes you seem more manly and muscular. When a man is seen as manly and muscular, that will make you seem more confident (and rightly so).
2. The V-shape
Most guys who go to the gym aim for a body that is V-shaped. This means that you have a wide shoulder and back and a thin waste line. When you go shopping, look for clothes with a tighter waster and wider shoulders. However, you shouldn't look for something too wide or tight. No one wants to see the clothes hanging off your shoulders or your stomach being smashed around.
3. The Fit
"The Fit" means something that isn't too big on you but not to small on you. Basically, look for clothes that are just the right size for your body.
4. Patterns And Textures
Many people don't know this, but your style affects your dimensions. This means horizontal stripes make you look wider and vertical stripes make you look taller. This could make your chest look bigger and your shoulders broader.
5. Wear White
Many people also don't know that black clothes make you look skinny and smaller. White clothes does the opposite. It can make you look like a giant hunk of muscle.
